How does the process work?
Once an order is placed, we will reach out to the email provided to ask any questions we have about the instructions provided and ask for some photos about of the people we should draw. Once we have a clear idea of how you would like the drawing to look we will get started on a basic sketch which we will then send back to you for approval. If anything doesn’t look just like you would like it just let us know and we will change it. Then once everything looks exactly right we will email the final detailed drawing.
Can I see the drawing before purchasing it?
Unfortunately we can only start working on the drawing after it has been purchased. However we offer a no questions asked 100% money back guarantee if for any reason you are not fully satisfied. We also keep you up to date throughout the process, sending you sketches for approval as we go and implementing your feedback until the drawing comes out just right.
